I had a truly wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road. From the moment I made my booking, the team went out of their way to accommodate my request to check in early and prepare the room for my partner. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and to my surprise, they even prepared a little birthday treat for me — such a warm and personal touch that made my day extra special. I would especially like to thank Angela, Jelina, Zy and Syakir for their outstanding service. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and genuine care turned my stay into a memorable experience. It is not often you come across a team that takes the time to create such personalised gestures, and I truly appreciated it. Pan Pacific has always been known for quality and hospitality, but this experience exceeded my expectations. I left with not just wonderful memories of the suite itself, but also of the people who made the stay so meaningful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and heartfelt service in Singapore.

I received a courtesy call if I needed anything from housekeeping before they officially closed for the day which is not common and truly appreciate them giving a heads up! The staffs there were really polite and helpful! I truly enjoyed my stay! Thank you

싱가폴 최고의 호텔!! 이렇게 좋을줄 알았으면 3일다 잘걸 그랬어요!! 평수도 넓고 쾌적하고 스위트룸 같아요~ 체크인 시간도 미리 해주시고 짐도 넣어놔 주셔서 감사했어요!! 가격대비 너무 좋은 시설과 서비스 였어요~다음에 싱가폴 가면 꼭 다시 예약할게요!! 스텝분들도 너무 감사합니다~~

酒店房間非常好，從裝修細節，到房間面積都很滿意，並且有一些驚喜。洗衣機廚房一應俱全。酒店二樓有書吧，桌球，免費的咖啡茶飲。距離兩個地鐵站的距離都是500米左右。美中不足的是樓下有幾處工地，相信工程完畢酒店會更完美。

房間很大視野很好，樓下就是哈芝巷。客廳內可以加床，臥室的床也很大，很適合三個朋友或者家庭出遊。前台態度友善，會説中文。

最寄駅は、ブギス駅までは、徒歩5.6分高層階に宿泊　大都會なのに靜かです。窓からはハジレーン・アラブ街が見え道路渡れば観光楽しめます。インド街マリーナ地區へも徒歩圏內レジデンス前にセブンイレブン　小さなスーパーが有り便利です。部屋は、広くベッドの硬さ他良かったです。キッチン・洗濯乾燥機（洗濯洗剤有り）非常に便利寢室とリビングが分かれているので非常にゆっくり出來ました。レンジも有りましたのでテイクアウトを溫めて部屋でゆっくり頂くのも大変良かった。朝食品數は、少ないですが問題有りません。このクオリティでホテル代の高いシンガポールではおすすめです。次回も利用したいです。

Would NOT recommend. For the price paid, there are better accommodations. Negatives: 1) breakfast area is small in comparison to its number of guests, hence it can get packed and you have to wait for your table and queue during peak hour. Not ideal if you are in a hurry. In order to solve this, we had to have breakfast much earlier. We would have wanted to go and jog before breakfast. 2) our unit (1bedroom premium suite) has this sofa that keeps on slipping. We checked why and it is very poorly designed and only held up by a velcro tape - see photo. Very annoying especially because we stayed for 18 nights. 3) we booked this because it has kitchen, laundry and dishwasher - so we thought. There is no dishwasher. But when we asked its chatbot, it said it has - see photo. The good thing though, we informed the staff and already corrected the answer of its chatbot. There are other negatives such as not refilling handwash soap, finding plastic in my food during breakfast - but those things are forgivable and no one is perfect. But overall, would not recommend to stay at all. Positives: 1) very near haji lane, suntec - so many food places 2) the breakfast food is not the same everyday and some food are very decent like its congee and paus.

房間很大，設施齊全，臥室客廳廚房分開，相互之間不打擾，樓頂健身房很nice，可以看到摩天輪，景色優美，最重要是前台一位有點歲數的戴眼鏡經理，和藹可親，中文很棒。負責打掃的大姐也很好，熱情。住了4天，很開心，也很舒服。
